Internat. Decade of Soils

As one of the outreach activities during the International Decade of Soils (2015-2024) the IUSS has launched a book series.
These books are not only addressed to soil scientists, but also to academic students of other sciences. These books shall shed light on important soil issues related to other disciplines and global challenges.

21st World Congress of Soil Science – Selection of Mascots

Two mascots stood to vote until 31 March, and the winner is Armadillo representing the Brazilian soil scientists responsible for the biggest transformation of tropical agriculture of the planet.
